At Dico Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Log in to our return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and indicate the reason for return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized parcel shop or collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
